Mindful Growth proudly offers seminars, workshops, and public speaking engagements to corporate clients and groups looking to incorporate mindfulness techniques into their daily lives to reduce stress, improve resiliency and boost productivity and creativity through modern and accessible mindfulness techniques.

We have offered seminars and workshops to community support services, healthcare clinicians, police leaders, military personnel, and to at-risk communities like individuals experiencing homelessness, and to those in crisis.

These events are completely customizable to fit your strategic priorities and wellness objectives. Typical learning objectives include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Understand the efficacy of mindfulness and iRest techniques in improving wellbeing and enhancing resiliency.

  • Apply mindfulness and iRest techniques to manage, process, and mitigate workplace and personal stress.

  • Enhance strategies to build resiliency, decrease stress and improve professional and personal effectiveness.

  • Understand the role breathing plays on the nervous system and apply breathing techniques to promote feelings of calmness. 

  • Understand the power of setting intentions and living purposefully.

Many workshops/seminars are structured to be a blend of information, experiential learning, and discussion/debrief/Q&A to integrate the lesson learned.
