Mindful Growth offers group and individual trauma-informed yoga classes

We teach yoga classes in the styles of vinyasa (flow - think cardio), hatha (slower movements - think strengthening), and Yin yoga (long static holds - think building resilience through chill vibes).

We take a somatic (felt-sense) approach to yoga focusing more on function over aesthetics making it modern and accessible for everybody regardless of skill or fitness level. Mindful Growth’s private sessions are completely customizable and can be adapted to blend yoga and meditation styles to suit your needs.

We have worked with individuals, professional yoga studios, corporate environments, essential service workers, and even at-risk populations like youth experiencing homelessness and people in crisis.

Class Types

  • Private and Semi-Private Classes

    Private and semi-private lesson rates depend on the scope of work and logistics (i.e. travel and facilities). On average, the investment for private or semi-private lessons is $150 per hour, including HST. Mindful Growth is excited to offer outdoor classes at our new location in the southeast end of Barrie, Ontario; however, private sessions may be arranged at a location of your choosing.

    Group Classes

    Mindful Growth is excited to offer group classes at our new outdoor location in the southeast end of Barrie, Ontario. Enjoy a poolside yoga class next to our relaxing waterfall and immersed in a specially designed Sonos directional sound system. 

    Classes will be available for all ability levels. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
